Beyza Uygun deals with the issues in the fields of administrative law, corporate law, contract law, enforcement law, competition law and labor law. Especially, she focuses on public policy and regulation law in infrastructure and PPP sectors. She is interested in government affairs.
She also worked at one of the leading banks in Turkey. Beyza participated in negotiations between the public authority and private sector bidders on the principal contracts.
She has also extensive experience in public procurement, including advising on procurement documentation, bidding strategies, drafting bidding agreements, leading negotiations between public authorities and private sector bidders. She has also been involved in a PPP project preparation of the Ministry of Education in 2013. She has also conducted legal due diligences for many major projects of Turkey. She participated in the project of Turkish Industry and Business Association’s report on “Agriculture, Food and Livestock Competitive Capacity”.
